Powercrete PW is an ANSI 61 (NSF standard) approved liquid epoxy polymer coating at 60° C (140° F) and designed for use as a lining for potable water pipes and storage tanks. Powercrete PW also meets requirements of standards AWWA C-210 and BS:6920. Powercrete PW is safe for use on potable water pipelines and potable water storage tanks for human consumption. Powercrete PW reduces friction on the internal pipe wall and hence enhances efficiency of flow of water and helps in reduction of pumping energy. Powercrete PW also offers maximum protection from corrosion as it provides high adhesion to bare steel and ductile iron along with superior abrasion resistance.
